Mr. White served for 26 years as a senior UK police officer and for five years as a Special Adviser to the European Union’s Secretary General and as the Head of Mission for the EU’s Integrated Rule of Law Mission for Iraq.
Jeffrey Ringel is a 21-year veteran of the FBI. He spent 15 years at the New York Field Office of the Joint Terrorism Task Force, rising to the rank of Coordinating Supervisory Special Agent and supervising a host of terrorism investigations involving al-Qaeda and the Islamic State.
Mr. Borelli is a 25-year veteran of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where he held high-profile leadership positions, including Assistant Special Agent in Charge in the New York Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF).
John Waddell is an honorably retired U.S. Marine. Since 2006, he has resided full-time in Qatar and worked in projects involving critical infrastructure security evaluations, national-level risk management and security related training. Mr. Waddell is an ASIS CPP.
Thomas Neer's distinguished and diverse 32-year law enforcement and intelligence career began with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, continued with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) and concluded with 25 years as a Supervisory Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

Mr. Barrett worked for 9 years at the United Nations on counterterrorism. Before that he spent more than 25 years with the British government working in the Security Service, the Foreign Office, and the Secret Intelligence Service.
Ms. Sim is a former intelligence analyst and foreign correspondent and has been Singapore’s Deputy Chief of Mission in Washington, D.C. She also serves as a Consultant with the Home Team Academy of the Ministry of Home Affairs of Singapore and is an Adjunct Senior Fellow at the S Rajaratnam School of International Studies.
Patrick M. Skinner is the Director of Special Projects for The Soufan Group. He is a former CIA Case Officer, with extensive experience in source handling and source networks, specializing in counter-terrorism issues. In addition to his intelligence experience, he has law enforcement experience with the US Air Marshals and the US Capitol Police, as well as search and rescue experience in the US Coast Guard.
